Complete interior renovation of an existing office. This Project was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consisted of demolishing an existing adjacent office space. New walls and ceilings were then installed to accommodate the layout by the expanding tenant. Painting, flooring, demountable partitions, and millwork were completed to finish the space. We connected the expansion space to the existing space in 3 locations through the existing demising walls. Once Phase 1 was completed, we started work on Phase 2. Phase 2 included demolition of select walls to allow for new demountable office partitions. Washrooms were modified to complete the layout. New flooring, painting, millwork was installed to complete the space.
