The first of its kind for Jiffy Lube in Edmonton, a six-bay lube shop with the superstructure constructed out of insulated precast panels for the foundation, floor, exterior and roof systems. This allows for the construction schedule to be reduced by months and eliminates any long-term delivery problems encountered by the structural steel scopes during the Pandemic. E.P.D.M ballasted roof, with stone and brick veneer on the exterior.  Aluminum clear glazed overhead doors, complete with aluminum false windows on south elevation. Hardscape and landscape scopes were completed as part of this contract.
