Interior tenant improvement including the construction of offices, lunch room, and bathrooms. All walls and ceilings received a paint finish including the KMS signature blue stripe spanning the perimeter of the space. Electrical scope included supplying and installing a new 200 amp 600 volt service which powered an additional 115 light fixtures which lit up the showroom. Mechanical scope consisted of installing a new MUA unit, plumbing, HVAC, Insulation, and sprinklers as per code.
