Exterior finish is EIFS, cultured stone, Hardie board and EPDM roofing. 8 bays on the main floor and 4 bays on the second floor. All demising walls are in. Bay walls are taped and sanded. Main floor and second floor lobby finished with tile/carpet, paint and t-bar ceilings. Two stairwells are finished with paint and VCT on the landings / rubber treads to stairs. There is 1 elevator for second floor access.
