This project consists of a single storey, 7,760 SF commercial retail building in Edmonton. Foundations will be screw piles and concrete gradebeams with a structural concrete slab. The building’s structure is comprised of a structural steel skeleton with a metal roof deck. Exterior finishes include: EIFS, masonry block, and an EPDM roof. Construction started in November 2017. Anticipated completion is July, 2018. Prior to construction commencing, environmental soil remediation was completed.
