There are 3 feature wood frame peaked roofs on the front elevation. Exterior finishes include: EIFS, Hardie board, Cultured stone and masonry block. Each peaked roof will have an exposed truss held up by 2 columns clad in cultured stone. Roofing is EPDM with shingles on the sloped roof. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2017. Anticipated completion is August 2018.
