Canbian Inc. will be completing 3 new buildings on the Royal Centre Keswick site. Building A will be a 16,387 SF, CRU general retail building. Building B will be the shell building for a 4,960 SF daycare. Building C will be the shell building for a 4,100 SF gas station convenience store.

All associated site servicing, concrete, paving and landscaping will be completed for the entire site. The exterior finishes of the building will be a combination of the stucco, masonry and metal panels. Roofing will be EPDM. The anticipate completion of this project January 2021.
