Phase 2 of the Savaryn Centre is a continuation of a commercial development we started in 2013.  Phase 1 was completed in January 2014 and sold out within weeks of completion.  Phase 2 consist of one 26,400 square foot building with 14 separate commercial condominium units for sale.  The buildings are in the new South West Edmonton part of the city.  Completion is slated for November 2015.
