Design Build project for 2 storey CRU/office building. The building is sprinklered. The main floor has 11 CRU’s and the second floor has 7 offices with common area washrooms. There is common entrance in the middle of the building leading to the elevator lobby. The building is steel structure infilled with steel studs and gypsum board. The exterior finishes include EIFS, concrete block veneer and aluminum metal panels and the roofing is EPDM. 16,430 SF main floor + 15,508 SF second floor = 31,938 total SF.
